Feb. 16th Update

I had the pleasure of spending the morning with Jocelyn Martinez, a junior at Atrisco Heritage Academy. She’s so impressive! And as I mentioned in my introduction of her on the House floor–if I had to do it all over again, I’d want to grow up and be just like her.
Jocelyn lives in the heart of the south valley in Albuquerque. She’s participates in Golf, Student Council, and is also the Vice President of DECA and the President of National Honors Society at Atrisco. She’s very involved with her church and volunteers in her community. Furthermore, she plans to attend the Air Force Academy in Colorado and will study Nursing.
